Guidelines for SAHMS 2025 Student Conference Grants
​Deadline: February 21, 2025

In order to apply for a student conference grant:  

1. Fill out the application below.
2. Submit an application letter stating your reasons for applying for the grant.

 
Student Conference Grants are:

• Not guaranteed.
• Not intended to finance all or most of your expenses for the meeting.
• Limited in amount and number.

Student Conference Grants will not be awarded unless the following guidelines are met:  

• You must be presenting at the conference to receive a conference grant.
• You must attend the whole conference and you must be present at the Friday night banquet to get your check.
• You must have a U.S. bank account.
